Getting to Know Pam

Pamela
Magnuson is the founder of G.O.O.D. (Get Out Of Debt) Ministries, a
Christian organization dedicated to educating God’s people in the area of
money management. Pam holds the title of Accredited Financial Counselor
through the Institute of Personal Finance and membership in the Association
for Financial Counseling and Planning Education. As an ordained minister
through the Association of Faith Churches and Ministers, she combines her
Bible training with her financial expertise to provide Christian-based
G.O.O.D. meetings and personal counseling.
For
many years Pam taught children with special needs in the public school
system, K-12, and prepared future teachers at the college level. She holds
her Bachelors Degree from South Dakota State University, her Masters from
Northwest Missouri State University, and did her Bible training through Oral
Roberts University. Along with G.O.O.D. Workshops, Pam also does workshops
for Sunday school teachers presenting tips on discipline techniques,
effective instructional strategies and using object lessons to enhance the
learning experience. She also enjoys ministering to churches and women’s
groups on prayer, spiritual gifts and other Christian topics.
Pam
is also available as pulpit supply for vacationing pastors or for churches
awaiting a new pastor.
Pamela and her husband, Richard, live in
Spencer, Iowa, and have been married for over 30 years. Both of their
children are married, and they have two grandchildren. They are members in good
standing of Full Faith Christian Center under Pastor Colleen Benway.
